Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EvoTech account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
