What is the standard shipping timeframe for tech orders?
We process most orders within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do my electronics come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all hardware and electronic devices sold on EvoTech come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and malfunctions.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened electronics must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
How can I track my package once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to our real-time tracking portal.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Are your products brand new or refurbished?
